Her areas of expertise, both in Chile and the Region, are Industrial, Energy, Mining, Financial Services, Retail and Consumer Goods. Her functional expertise, includes a deep understanding of the Board
of Directors, CEO, CFO, CHRO, COO and Commercial roles, among other.
Before founding Youlton + Ganderats, Teresa worked at multinational executive search companies and held financial and human resources roles for financial services, real estate and pharma industries.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Chile, Certified Board of Woman (BOW – Universidad Diego Portales and Mujeres Empresarias) and Certified Executive Professional Coach from Universidad Católica de Chile.
Teresa is Board Member of Santiago College Alumni Association. She is also a member of REDMAD.
Her native language is Spanish and speaks English fluently.

Before founding Youlton + Ganderats, Rosario worked at prestigious multinational executive search and consulting companies.
Rosario holds a B.Sc. in History from Universidad de Chile and iCertified Professional Executive Coach from Universidad Católica de Chile. She is also a member of REDMAD.
